Healthy Heffa Featured Recipes
Mediterranean Salad
Ingredients
- 2 cucumbers
- 2 red tomatoes
- 1 bunch Italian parsley fresh
- 1 Sweet Red Onion
- 1 bunch Red Radishes
- Salad Dressing (Your Choice)
Instructions
- slice cucumbers in quarters
- chop tomatoes
- chop onion
- thinly slice radishes
- mix all ingredients in a medium to large bowl
- add salad dressing
- top with Italian parsley
