Mediterranean Salad

As the weather warms up this is the ultimate summer salad

Cuisine Mediterranean
Servings 2 Servings

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cucumbers
  • 2 red tomatoes
  • 1 bunch Italian parsley fresh
  • 1 Sweet Red Onion
  • 1 bunch Red Radishes
  • Salad Dressing (Your Choice)

Instructions
 

  • slice cucumbers in quarters
  • chop tomatoes
  • chop onion
  • thinly slice radishes
  • mix all ingredients in a medium to large bowl
  • add salad dressing
  • top with Italian parsley
